Our committment is to resolve all issues within 48 hours. If we can do so from our office we will do this the same day. If not we will send one of our installation engineers to your premises.

Configuration Details

At Skytel, we will give you a PPPoE Username and Password or for business users we can provide a FREE Fixed public IP address if you require one.

We highly recommend PPPoE , as it gives us more flexibility to improve your connection without having to reconfigure a wireless router.

If you have a fixed IP, please contact us and we will move you over to PPPoE free of charge.
